For the very curious-minded, there is an alternative game box cover that Sierra advertised back in 1987 and 1988 but never actually marketed. Note that the information on this page may contain spoilers, information that could spoil the game for you if you have not played or completed it yet. Below are just a few screenshots of King's Quest 4 to glance at. These screenshots have been miniaturized from fullscreen and do not accurately reflect the true graphical quality of the actual game. In other words, the game looks better!! Use the navigational buttons to scroll through all twelve screenshots. The first six screenshots are from the extremely rare AGI version. The last six are from the more common SCI version with better graphics.
If you have Internet Explorer 4 or higher, the screenshot above will have a nice blending transition effect. The image description message can also be viewed in the status bar at the bottom (provided you have it turned on).
If you have problems scrolling from the Opera browser, go to the File menu, select Preferences, choose Connections, and set the browser to identify as Opera or Mozilla but not MSIE (Internet Explorer), since it does not support the transition effect that real MSIE browsers can.

Here are some interesting things that you can do in the game just for fun! Many of them contain funny responses.
Agent56 has spent a lot of time figuring out as many ways to get Rosella to die in this game! See if you have tried all the ways to get her to expire. Muahaha! Click on the button below to load the death list.
There is a debug mode this game, and you can do some very interesting and strange stuff with it!! I only suggest the debug mode for players who have already finished the game and want to just look around. To start the debug mode, press both of the SHIFT keys on your keyboard at the same time. Then add the MINUS SIGN (-) button on the numeric keypad. It may take some finger stretching. A funky programmer's window should show up. To exit the debug mode, press SHIFT + D.
